Unknown Self Portrait
This is the last photograph of this sculpture in its original clay form before I begin casting it to create an exact replica in plaster. Wish me luck!

Clay figure on wire armature the evening before being cast in plaster. The pose was based loosely on a figure that I started to sculpt in 2002 in New York but never finished. A few photographs of the original and some imagination are what allowed this figure to come into being a second time...
