"Aero No. 0" / Original oil painting for purchase

Photography Prints

This "Aero No, 0", an original oil painting from my Aero Series. The price includes shipping & handling within the U.S. The Aero Series is a collection of over 2 dozen paintings featuring skyscapes, cloudscapes, and terrascapes inspired from my first ever trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2008. Since that trip, I've captured thousands of photos of skies and the terrain 30,000 feet below and have committed to turning the best of these into original impressionistic paintings. Highly abstract, brilliantly colorful, and incorporating geometry on the ground that is often natural as much as man made, these will be a unique and exciting collection of painted images.

Reyes Fine Art :: Closeup

This is a precursor to some visuals I will be adding to my website in the coming weeks and the beginnings of a much bigger project that is an audio/visual presentation about the inspiration and evolution of my work over the past 10 years.

This video scrolls through paintings and sculptures I've created, and in some cases in extreme closeup of a vignette within the work itself. Often one can find "paintings" within paintings.

All the works presented here span the figure, the still life, the landscape, the urbanscape, and the abstract. At first look they may seem different, yet upon closer inspection there are similarities in shapes, color, and texture which link them and make them unmistakably a creation of Reyes Fine Art. Enjoy looking for the "genetic links" of these members of my artistic family.
